Privacy Policy

FastSigner is a PDF signing app designed to let you import, sign, preview, and export documents from your device. This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled by the app and how it is used.

1. Information You Provide or Create

FastSigner may handle the following information when you use the app:

• PDF files you import into the app.
• Signatures you draw or save in the app.
• Text, signature placements, draft edits, and exported PDF files.
• Purchase and subscription status returned by Apple and RevenueCat.

2. Local Document Storage

Imported PDFs, saved signatures, document drafts, and generated exports are stored locally on your device by default. FastSigner does not require an account to sign documents, and the app does not upload your PDF contents or signatures to a FastSigner document server as part of the normal signing flow.

If you choose to share, export, save to Files, send through another app, or otherwise move a document outside FastSigner, that action is controlled by you and may be subject to the privacy practices of the destination app or service.

3. Purchases and Subscription Data

FastSigner uses Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat to process purchases, manage entitlements, verify subscription status, restore purchases, and determine whether premium export features are available.

RevenueCat and Apple may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, anonymous app user identifiers, device and app metadata, and receipt validation data. FastSigner uses this information only to provide paid features, restore purchases, and maintain access state.

4. Single Export Purchases

If you buy a single export, FastSigner keeps a temporary export credit so the app can unlock one clean PDF export. This credit is consumed when a clean export/share action is completed. If the export flow is cancelled before completion, the credit may remain available temporarily while the same export screen remains open, but it is not intended to be stored as ongoing premium access. Single export purchases do not create a recurring subscription.

5. Diagnostics and App Store Data

Apple may provide developers with crash reports, performance information, App Store analytics, and purchase reporting. This information is governed by Apple's policies and developer tools. FastSigner may use this information to improve stability, understand purchase performance, and fix bugs.

6. Third-Party Services

FastSigner relies on the following third-party services for payments and entitlement management:

• Apple App Store and StoreKit for in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and Apple ID billing.
• RevenueCat for purchase validation, entitlement status, subscription management infrastructure, and restore flows.

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies and legal terms.

7. Data Retention

Documents, signatures, drafts, and exports remain on your device until you delete them, delete the app, or remove the relevant files through system storage controls. Purchase and subscription records may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat as required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, support, and legal obligations.

8. Your Choices

• You can delete imported PDFs, signatures, drafts, and exports from the app where supported.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.
• You can restore eligible purchases from the app's paywall or settings screen.
• You can delete the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to iOS behavior and backups.

9. Children

FastSigner is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a connected service, contact the relevant platform or service provider.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may update the policy in the app or through the App Store listing. Continued use of FastSigner after an update means you accept the updated policy.
