Terms of Use
Effective date: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FastSigner. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The App
FastSigner lets you import PDFs, add signatures or text, preview documents, and export signed PDF files. The app is intended as a productivity tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
2. Your Responsibility for Documents
You are responsible for the documents you import, sign, edit, export, or share. You must only use FastSigner with documents that you have the right to access, modify, sign, export, or distribute.
You are responsible for verifying that any signature, text, document change, or exported file is accurate and suitable before you send or rely on it.
3. Electronic Signatures
FastSigner provides tools for placing a visual signature or text on a PDF. The legal effect of an electronic signature can depend on the document, jurisdiction, parties, identity verification, consent, audit trail requirements, and applicable law. FastSigner does not guarantee that any signature or exported PDF will be legally valid, enforceable, accepted by a recipient, or compliant with any specific legal standard.
4. Free and Premium Features
Some features may be available for free, while clean exports or other premium features may require a subscription or a single export purchase. Free exports or previews may include a watermark or limited access depending on the current app configuration.
5. Subscriptions
FastSigner may offer weekly and monthly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to Apple's App Store rules.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled from your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Renewal pricing, billing period, trials, and promotional offers are shown by Apple before purchase.
- Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
6. Single Export Purchase
A single export purchase unlocks one clean export for one PDF export action. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and does not provide ongoing premium access. The single export credit is consumed when a clean export/share action is completed. If the export flow is cancelled before completion, the credit may remain available temporarily while the same export screen remains open, but it is not intended to persist after you leave that flow or close the app.
7. Restore Purchases
FastSigner includes a restore option that uses RevenueCat and Apple's purchase infrastructure to restore eligible purchases. Restoring purchases does not create a new purchase. Access can only be restored when Apple and RevenueCat confirm that the purchase or subscription is valid for the current user and app configuration.
8. Refunds and Billing Issues
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests, billing disputes, subscription cancellation, and charge issues are handled according to Apple's App Store policies. FastSigner cannot guarantee that Apple will approve any refund request.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FastSigner. You must not use the app to:
- Forge signatures, impersonate others, or misrepresent authorization.
- Alter documents in a fraudulent, unlawful, or misleading way.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, contract, or legal rights of others.
- Attempt to bypass payment, entitlement, export, watermark, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, modify, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
10. Local Files and Backups
FastSigner stores documents, signatures, drafts, and exports locally by default. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for protecting access to your device. FastSigner is not responsible for documents lost because of device failure, app deletion, storage cleanup, operating system behavior, user action, or third-party services.
11. Availability and Changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Product availability, pricing, paywall presentation, export behavior, and subscription offerings may vary by region, app version, App Store configuration, or RevenueCat configuration.
12. No Warranty
FastSigner is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSigner and its developers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of documents, data, profits, business, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
14. Apple Terms
Your use of FastSigner is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and the Apple standard licensed application end user license agreement where applicable. If these Terms conflict with mandatory App Store rules, the App Store rules apply to that extent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FastSigner after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
